I CAUGHT SOME BEADS FROM STEVEN SEAGAL

I CAUGHT SOME BEADS FROM STEVEN SEAGAL

I went to a party; there were music and plenty of people to meet.
There was food and there was drink, the party was out in the street.
There was dancing, booty bumping, and some stepping like at a grand ball.
I did some jumping and yelling, and I caught some beads from Steven Seagal.

I went to a party that the world was invited to that can get kinda raw.
The party is by word of mouth, everyone knows about this party called Mardi Gras.
You can come with a group or come alone, just make sure you get there, that's all.
I came with someone to kiss and hold and I caught some beads from Steven Seagal.

There was royalty passing on majestic floats.
They even stopped and the king made a toast.
To see the king I had to stand tall.
And I caught some beads from Steven Seagal.

The music that kept passing by really was grand.
There was music from here and there all across the land.
As the debutantes were passing twirling their batons, I was hoping it would stall.
But it kept on moving, and I caught some beads from Steven Seagal.

There is people cooking food all around that is anything but tame.
This food would make tailgating look really lame.
You can find Mardi Gras on a street off to the side or even by a mall.
With a beer in one hand and my girl in the other, I caught some beads from Steven Seagal.

Barnum and Baily's has nothing on a show like this.
Pretty girls everywhere and some you can hug and some you can kiss.
I ran alongside the float trying my best not to fall.
I jumped up with my arms high and caught some beads from Steven Seagal.

There are movie villains and comic book heroes in the floats and on the ground.
There are legends of sport and clowns that smile and clowns that frown.
I saw a pirate ship looking for booty and a fishing boat that trawls.
I saw a movie star in a cowboy hat and that's not all, I caught some beads from Steven Seagal.

The music had passed and the floats were all gone as all good things come to an end.
The parade was over but on another day there'll be another parade to go to again.
It's been a long day and I'm going home even if I have to crawl.
If I don't keep anything else, I'm holding on to the beads I caught from Steven Seagal.
