GOT NO TIME

Movin’ down the road just singin’ my song

Tryin’ to find a love, tryin’ to find a home, but nothin’ ever last very long

With the wind in my face there’s a new town up ahead

The suns goin’ down and I need to find a place to make my bed

Got no time for cryin’

Got no time for dyin’

Got no time to lose

And I sure ain’t got no time for the blues

Got not time for memories because this life is almost done

Got no time for stoppin’, there’s an angel that’s got me on the run

The past is in my rear view mirror and the world keeps spinnin’ around

I keep movin’ forward and the sun keeps goin’ down

Life is chasin’ me down from town to town and I know one day this will all end

Searchin’ for the truth in what lies ahead, and the truth is, time is not my friend

Got no time for cryin’

Got no time for dyin’

Got no time to lose

And I sure ain’t got no time for the blues

Got not time for memories because this life is almost done

Got no time for stoppin’, there’s an angel that’s got me on the run

Lookin’ for a name that’s never been spoken

Lookin’ for a heart that’s never been broken

Lookin’ for a place that’s shiny and clean

Lookin’ for a place that’s never been seen

Tryin’ to find somethin’ to believe in, somethin’ that will believe in me

Tryin’ to find some faith in all that’s around me, a faith that will set me free

All I can find are chains that bind me to traditions that I can’t flee

So I’ll keep on riding to some place new trying to find the key
